DEBORAH THOMAS

I am a trainee Integrated Art Psychotherapist completing the final year of an MA in Integrative Art Psychotherapy for adults at the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education in London. I identify as female, mixed race and British.

As of 2024, I have 3 years of experience working in the NHS and with a charity for victims of sexual abuse and rape, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma and PTSD, relationship difficulties, domestic abuse, self esteem, stress and more.
